Arman and Kris "Boo" Elliott grew up in central New Jersey with two military parents and spent their '90s summers in Austin. In 2019 they brought the cheesesteak they grew up on to East 6th and did it right: 100% Texas beef, real Amoroso rolls shipped in from Philly, cheese and peppers and onions the way home does it.
The name runs both ways. Their initials, and the smooth R&B energy of the window at 1 a.m. with the music up and the line down the block.
